    Neudesic Marketing Values Award for Discipline, 2011 & 2012
    At the end of each year, Neudesic Marketing awards five employees with Marketing Values Awards, citing team members for going above and beyond in one of the company’s five core values: Passion, Discipline, Innovation, Teaming and Integrity. I was honored with the Discipline Award for 2011 and 2012. Our Marketing Director wrote, “Thank you for pursuing excellence in everything you do. You demonstrate this through your commitment to consistency, accountability and quality. Thank you for your discipline!”

    Microsoft B2B Mobility Partner Of The Year, 2011
    Microsoft recognizes its top partners through a series of awards during its Worldwide Partner Conference. Submissions are long and involved and require a large number of work hours to document both company and project facts in a manner that is appealing to a wide audience of Microsoft judges. Only 30 partners per year are honored with a Microsoft Partner of the Year Award. In 2011, the award submission team that I led successful garnered Neudesic the Mobility B-to-C Application of the Year Award. My efforts have also assisted in landing Neudesic four finalist awards, one in 2007, two in 2010 and one in 2013.

    Society for Technical Communication Distinguished & Merit Awards, 2000-2001
    Working closely with engineers on-site, my team at Quietly Working took engineering documents and related information provided by Mitsubishi engineers and crafted an eye-pleasing television operating manual that provided just the right mix of form and function. Our operating manual and accompanying owner’s documentation won two Society for Technical Communication Awards for Art & Technical Writing, and were made the international operating manual standard by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation of Japan.

    Mitsubishi Customer Care Employee of the Quarter, 1998 Q3
    I consider this to be the first merit award of my business life worth mentioning, and while some time ago, I still consider it to be such an honor to be named as one of only four customer service and field support services reps recognized for providing outstanding, above-and-beyond service to Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America, Inc. customers. Awarded by one of my earliest business mentors, I still display this award with a great sense of pride today.
